1. Service Agreement

By booking our cleaning services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Allivio provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in Poland. Our services include home cleaning, office cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning.

2. Pricing and Payment

Our cleaning services are priced as follows:

• Home & Apartment Cleaning: from 120 PLN per visit
• Office & Business Cleaning: from 250 PLN per month (weekly cleaning included)
• Deep Cleaning: from 300 PLN per service
• Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning: from 350 PLN per service
• Eco-Friendly Options: +50 PLN surcharge per service

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

We offer flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle. Appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Same-day cancellations may incur a 50% service charge.

4. Insurance and Liability

Allivio is fully insured and bonded. We are covered for general liability and property damage. However, we are not responsible for damage to items that are not properly secured or items of extraordinary value. We recommend securing valuable items before our cleaning team arrives.

5. Eco-Friendly Products

We use eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for families, children, and pets. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, please inform us before the cleaning service. We can accommodate special requests for fragrance-free or hypoallergenic products.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information in accordance with Polish data protection laws. Your contact information and service details are kept confidential and used only for providing our cleaning services.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Poland.
